What is Pilates

Pilates is a form of physical fitness designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates strengthens the body in an even way taking particular care to strengthen core muscles, general fitness and wellbeing. Controlled movements can include building on elongating muscles and increasing your range of movement.
